Please get on board with other free apps and let everyone enjoy. People are more likely to buy when they actually see app becoming more challenging. Maybe factor in golden hour whatever its called. If I start CPR I can put my phone down for ten mins at a time and nothing's changed. Perhaps add in reminders at certain intervals of brain damage, organ failure, body temp ect...
